## How it works

You introduce a company with its owner’s consent. We take it through the same independent process as any seller: scope review, permission-based introductions, comparison of available offers and a possible contract. Any referral-sharing arrangement must be agreed separately, comply with the buyer’s terms and be disclosed to the company in writing. An introduction does not guarantee a deal or a referral payment.

## What we ask of partners

- Introduce companies only with their consent.
- Never present yourself or us as a buyer’s employee or agent.
- Make no earnings promises; point owners to published ranges instead.
