What we collect

  • Quote requests. Company details, a description of your data systems, and your name, email and role. We use it to prepare your quote, contact you and, with your consent, share a de-identified company profile with matched buyers.
  • Usage data. Pages viewed, clicks, approximate location, device and referral source, and in some cases session replays with form inputs masked.

We do not receive or store your company’s underlying data through this website. Any data licensing happens later, under a separate written agreement directly with the buyer you choose.

Processors we use

  • Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database for quote requests and consent records), Resend (email notifications), Intercom (chat).
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (spam prevention on the quote form), which processes browser and device signals to verify requests.
  • PostHog (product analytics and session replay), Google Analytics and Google Ads (measurement and advertising).

Retention

Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or less on request. Analytics data follows each provider’s retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@quotemydata.com. We do not sell personal information.
